This blanker draws alerts on the screen.

@{b} Use @{ub}- use the current settings.
@{b} Test @{ub}- test the blanker under the current settings
@{b} Cancel @{ub}- cancel all changes.
@{b} Alert Type @{ub}- select what sort of alerts to be drawn.
You can choose 1.3, 2.0/3.0.
@{i}Default: 2.0/3.0.@{ui}
@{b} Flash Speed @{ub}- how fast should the border flash.
@{i}Default: Medium.@{ui}
@{b} Duration of Alert @{ub}- how long should the alert remain on screen.
@{i}Default: 10 seconds.@{ui}
@{b}Delay Between Alerts @{ub}- the number of seconds to leave the screen
blank inbetween displaying the alerts.

@{b} Green Alerts @{ub}- allow alerts to come up Green like under
kickstart V36.
